The Great Alpine Pick.  Started just to keep bluegrass in Harrietville when the organisers of the Harrietville Bluegrass and Old Time Country Music Convention decided to move to Beechworth, this has become the best little bluegrass weekend around.  Intimate venues with fewer concerts and more opportunity for jamming, hanging out and general revelry.
